Who and what is Digital Pure, LLC?
Our roots began in 1994 when David McDougal started a small consulting company called “Christ In The Machine.” This consulting company managed almost $2 Million in customer hardware during the height of the dot.coms era. After the bubble burst, CITM’s business lines fell apart, and as a 21 ear old old with limited business experience, there were some poor management choices made.
In 2003, David moved to Virginia to pursue a young lady, who is now his wife, Ainsley. His reputation as a geek-of-all-trades spreads, and David quickly builds a side business doing computer setups, installs, troubleshooting, website coding, etc.
In 1997, Ainsley began her first business doing Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer sales. Proving successful at that, she then began another business as a freelance designer in 2000, working with a variety of small businesses. Over the course of her career as a graphics designer, Ainsley has worked with US Olympic Teams, various government agencies, eCommerce companies, charities, and small business owners all across the metropolitan DC region.
After a few years of doing projects together, David and Ainsley decide to converge their individual businesses into one, and thus became Digital Pure, LLC.
On October 10, 2008 Digital Pure, LLC became an officially recognized LLC by the state of Virginia and the USA. Since that time Digital Pure has continued to work with clients on projects ranging from websites, corporate logos, marketing collateral, branding campaigns, and social media marketing training. Digital Pure continues to expand the solutions offered.
In Sept 2011 Digital Pure, LLC became a 100% women owned business when Ainsley officially took full ownership and control of the company. Ainsley continues to focus on the core desires and goals of Digital Pure in offering brand development, management and consulting to small business and people that are looking to create “purity in a digital world!”
